We ensure that the same DBS-checked and fully insured cleaner attends your property each week. Each cleaner is trained to the highest of standards and holds a diploma in the British Cleaning Certificate Award.
Our Story
In 2016, alongside doing a degree in criminology. I was juggling a domestic cleaning job on the side taking on as much work as possible to meet the cleaning company's busy clientele.
I came to realise during the long shifts of work, that the service I was providing was not a luxury but an essential one to some clients ensuring their houses were happy clean environments.
Why juggle all different types of professions in a time-stretched world with increased pressure to survive? These clients needed their homes cleaned without any hassle, fuss or disruption to their day.
The demand for a professional cleaner with a keen eye for detail had incredibly increased. However, the quality of cleaning had decreased with companies wanting to increase the prices without increasing quality.

Day after day I would go into new clients' houses. They'd never seen me before and I didn't know how to tailor the services when each week I'd be set a new list of clients.
I started to look more closely at the cleaning world and discovered that companies were sending different cleaners in all the time, underpaying staff and using harmful ingredients in houses where there are children.
I frequently hear clients say they've used big companies and had several cleaners in their houses.
This is when Custom Cleans Cheshire was born. A service which tailors the needs of the client and ensures the safety of your home by sending the same cleaner each week!
